Amir Kasaeian, PhD

He received his PhD degree in Biostatistics from Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS), School of Public Health in Sept. 2014. Dr. Kasaeian earned his MSc in Biostatistics from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in 2006. He completed his BSc in Statistics at Shiraz University in 2002.

Dr. Amir Kasaeian was born in 1979 in Isfahan. He received his PhD degree in Biostatistics from Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS), School of Public Health in Sept. 2014. Dr. Kasaeian earned his MSc in Biostatistics from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in 2006. He completed his BSc in Statistics at Shiraz University in 2002.
While working on his Ph.D degree in Biostatistics (2012), he received research fellowship award in National and Sub-national Burden of Diseases in Iran from Non-communicable Diseases Research Center (NCDRC) affiliated with TUMS. By the end of 2014, he joined the Hematology-Oncology and Stem Cell Transplantation Research Center (HORCSCT) and since then he has been working as an Assistant Professor in the dept. of Biostatistics and Epidemiology.

  •     Editorial Board Member in Statistics for the Journal of Tehran University Heart Center (JTHC), Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran
  •     Editorial Board Member in Statistics for the Archives of Iranian Medicine (AIM) Journal, Iranian Academy of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran
